The funeral went off perfectly and all our requests were met and carried out exactly as we wanted.

The care and professionalism we received were exceptional from start to finish. Everything was handled smoothly and with genuine sensitivity, which made a very difficult time much easier for our family.

The funeral itself was seamless and beautifully conducted. Phil was wonderful and supportive throughout and so kind on the day, even taking the time to comfort me when I became overwhelmed.

We are truly grateful for the dignity, care, and respect shown to my father and to all of us.

When my dad passed away Rowlands were amazing just as they had been when handling my mums funeral five years before. They were so kind and understanding.  Everything was handled beautifully and with such respect. Owen, Elise and the team were amazing when organising my father's funeral and they made a difficult time a lot easier. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end and their communication was excellent.
