When my dad passed away Rowlands were amazing just as they had been when handling my mums funeral five years before. They were so kind and understanding.  Everything was handled beautifully and with such respect. They helped us organise everything we needed to do with gentleness during a very difficult time and I’ll always be grateful for the support and compassion they showed our family.

Owen, Elise and the team were amazing when organising my father's funeral and they made a difficult time a lot easier. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end and their communication was excellent.

All staff are wonderfully personable and honoured our special person and day with the greatest of respect. The process was explained well verbally, though a written copy would be of great assistance due to the stress getting in the way of memory when hearing everything for the first time.

It was without doubt the most wonderful ceremony he could have had. I am so very very grateful to all at Rowlands. They are truly a very professional team.
