Everyone at Rowlands were very helpful and caring, especially Owen and Elise. From that first phone call on the evening Ray died Owen has been there for the whole family. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you for always being there for us and helping us . Gill , Lynsey and Lucy.

From the time of mum’s passing to the service and committal, all staff have been kind, sympathetic, understanding and extremely helpful and respectful .They have reduced all the stress at this difficult time and made what is such a sad occasion into a joyous celebration of our mother’s life. I was recommended Rowlands and I could not have been happier. Charlotte was our main contact and such a lovely lady. Everything was explained nothing was to much trouble. On the day the support was amazing.

We were delighted with the service provided by Rowlands Funeral Service. They provided a sensitive, efficient, and effective service for us. Their communication with us and other third parties (e.g. minister, venue for the wake etc) was excellent and always prompt, and this took a significant weight off our shoulders in assisting us to make all the arrangements at a difficult time.

They had a genuine 'can do' approach and nothing was too much trouble, their aim was to provide a highly personalised service and they did this really well.

All the staff were excellent, and we would give particular thanks go to Marsha, Elise, and Owen.

The arrangements ran smoothly and to time on the day of the funeral which meant no worries for us, and we were free to celebrate the life, and grieve the loss, of a really important person in our lives.

Charlotte and the whole staff were extremely professional whilst maintaining a level of compassion and understanding. This was the first time that we as a family had been in this situation and they were able to provide advice and assistance for every situation in a calming and reassuring way. Really nothing was too much for them and they accommodated all of our requests without hesitation. There was no hard sell for more expensive routes and there local knowledge and local contacts showed out constantly. I would highly recommend their service.

I was very impressed with the Owen and the team from Rowlands. They were compassionate and well organised and I felt very reassured about their ability to deliver-despite the challenges they were given. They had to work on a Saturday and fill a grave in just before dusk. A very personal service.

Rowlands have been incredibly helpful during this very difficult time for us all. Having not gone through this before they answered all our questions and aqueries and nothing was to big or too small for them to assist us with. Special mentioned to Marsha who has been so caring and supportive to us all. The funeral was a lovely service and we had many comments on what a lovely, beautiful service it was.
