Owen, Elise and the team were amazing when organising my father's funeral and they made a difficult time a lot easier. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end and their communication was excellent.

On the day, the team were professional and respectful, and they helped everything run seamlessly. I have no hesitation in recommending Rowlands to anyone going through something similar.

All staff are wonderfully personable and honoured our special person and day with the greatest of respect. The process was explained well verbally, though a written copy would be of great assistance due to the stress getting in the way of memory when hearing everything for the first time.

It was without doubt the most wonderful ceremony he could have had. I am so very very grateful to all at Rowlands. They are truly a very professional team.

I cannot thank the entire team at Rowlands enough for all their help and support at an extremely difficult time.
