All staff are wonderfully personable and honoured our special person and day with the greatest of respect. The process was explained well verbally, though a written copy would be of great assistance due to the stress getting in the way of memory when hearing everything for the first time.

There are not enough words to express my gratitude to all at Rowlands Funeral Services Petersfield for the exceptional ceremony carried out for the funeral of ‘The Colonel’ - the late Alan Godfrey Herbert Jukes OBE. It was without doubt the most wonderful ceremony he could have had. I am so very very grateful to all at Rowlands. They are truly a very professional team.

I cannot thank the entire team at Rowlands enough for all their help and support at an extremely difficult time. Rowlands funeral service has been wonderful. Staff have a lovely supportive manner without being intrusive or sentimental. All the arrangements that were discussed & agreed were implemented efficiently & promptly. At the funeral service the service sheets were available for anyone who arrived early and the cortège was respectful & efficient. Marsha who was the representative looking after me was very helpful, kind, supportive & efficient. Thank you.
