I was treated in a very professional and sympathetic manner throughout the whole process. I sincerely thank Owen and Charlotte for their patience and kindness during this difficult period. Everything possible was done to smooth my path and both my relatives and Sue's agreed that we were able to give her the best possible send-off. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Words can’t begin to express my joy and thankfulness for what Rowlands Funeral Services have helped me create for my Husband's final journey in mid March.

Every member of staff worked toward interpreting my ideas so completely. The tribute was extraordinary, the whole was handled so professionally, but on a personal level, the memory of the warmth I received and the care shown for my Husband will never fade.

Very sadly, I had my Fathers funeral to organise after my Mothers only a year ago. Rowlands are fantastic, they did both, so beautifully with compassion, ease and perfection.
