We were very well looked after through the whole process by Scott and his colleagues. A very thorough explanation of everything and given time to consider all the details of the many options. The whole family was very impressed by the service and thought that it all was perfect to pay our respects and celebrate Dad's life.

Stibbards personnel are very good at understanding family grief when dealing with a bereavement and this was no exception. They were always available to ensure we understood everything clearly and easily. The day went very well and smoothly, as I would expect from Stibbards (having had to unfortunately use them all to often in the more recent years). The one small niggle
I have is with regard to payment of their invoice over which there was slight confusion. Everything was resolved swiftly once the confusion had been identified but it leave a slight tinge to the whole proceedings.

However, Stibbards are and will remain my preferred funeral directors.

We used Stibbards when our dad died. We couldn’t have asked for people more professional & caring. They listened to us, advised us every step of the way & nothing was ever too much trouble. They took the stress off us as a family & we couldn’t be more grateful. Our dad’s funeral was a perfect day & the whole Stibbards team/family contributed to this. Charlotte did our first meeting and she was lovely. After that we had Lee who was equally as lovely, and Simon looked after us on the day who was great. We had a non religious service and they got Phil to hold the service for us, he spoke so nicely and respectfully. Every staff member i encountered have been so nice, i can not fault a thing. So kind and compassionate and the day was beautiful. Thankyou x

They were absolutely brilliant from the moment we walked in until the time they dropped us at the wake. Everything went well, exactly as we planned and hoped for. Everyone we spoke to was very understanding and compassionate. The day of the funeral was conducted professionally and with sensitivity. Having someone we could liaise with in the lead up and on the day gave us confidence that arrangements would be as we wanted and indeed they were. We had the daunting task of arranging mums (98) funeral with the added problem of dealing with a very distraught dad (95) who was too stressed to be of any help with decisions at this time. With fantastically sympathetic and helpful advice from our first call to Linda at Stibbards and then to our lengthy unrushed meeting with Robyn who not only steered us through the whole process with great professionalism but also a very kind and considerate approach. The day of the funeral whilst very  sad even at that ripe old age went extremely well with all members of the team helping every step of the way.
