We cannot thank you enough especially Janice for the kindness and support that you have shown throughout this whole heart-breaking process. The re assurance you would look after my mum made us all feel comforted. On the day of the funeral Stuart took full control, again with such kindness and empathy, nothing was to much trouble at all. A highly professional service which if you find yourself in this awful situation I could not recommend Sibbards enough . Thank you from Jacqui and all the Edwards Family.

Wendy in the Hadleigh office managed my mother’s funeral, in March 2022, most efficiently and helpfully, all by telephone. My mother died out of area in Cheshire so Stibbards liaised with a funeral director up there and made the whole process seamless.
On the funeral day, the team was also superb: guiding us through and looking and being very professional.
We were very pleased with the whole service. Stibbards managed my father’s funeral 12 years ago and the service was as good this year as it was 12 years ago.

The difficulties I faced arranging a funeral for my precious son were made easier with your empathy, compassion and professionalism.
Thank you will never be enough to express our gratitude for all that you have done for our family over the past few weeks. You showed humility, compassion and kindness at a time we really needed it and for this we will always be grateful. Thank you for guiding us through on the day. You went above and beyond to make my sons funeral perfect.

We are also very impressed with the quality of the recordings of the service and in these times it will be greatly valued by the family and friends.

The family of Pat would like to thank Stibbards for the kindness, dedication and respect they showed in what was a very difficult time. From the first phone call, meeting with Janice and then the actual day, we were shown how much they care about keeping you informed. We were told when they received mum, dressed her and how peaceful she looked, special thank Janice, as this made so much difference to us all.
On the day everyone showed much respect, not just to mum, but to all the mourners. Four days later we feel that thanks to Stibbards we did our mum proud.

Throughout my husband’s illness I had hurdles to go through in order to get the right care for him. The only time I really felt supported and empathised with was when I made contact with S Stibbards and Sons. Janice was very accommodating with my back and forth demands and she made sure all angles were covered. The day of the funeral we felt were really given the attention and care that we needed. The funeral was smooth and my family and I really grateful and so glad we chose S Stibbards and sons Funeral Directors.

From the moment I had contact with Stibbards , staff were professional and attentive with every question or concern.
Their approach with each contact was as though we were the only family they were supporting.
All staff were empathetic and we were never made to feel that this was repetition for them.
My mum was treated with the dignity and respect she should have for the most amazing mum and grandma she was. Thankyou.
