We cannot thank you enough especially Janice for the kindness and support that you have shown throughout this whole heart-breaking process. The re assurance you would look after my mum made us all feel comforted. On the day of the funeral Stuart took full control, again with such kindness and empathy, nothing was to much trouble at all. Wendy in the Hadleigh office managed my mother’s funeral, in March 2022, most efficiently and helpfully, all by telephone. My mother died out of area in Cheshire so Stibbards liaised with a funeral director up there and made the whole process seamless. On the funeral day, the team was also superb: guiding us through and looking and being very professional. We were very pleased with the whole service. Stibbards managed my father’s funeral 12 years ago and the service was as good this year as it was 12 years ago.
