A wonderful, very personal service. Malissa and Stephen and the team did a beautiful job for our lovely dad - who had worked for the co-op all his life, but still retired 40 years previously.

Co-op did everything they could to help us through the arrangements for the funeral in a very professional but sensitive way. They also co-ordinated getting us David Wilson as the celebrant who was also the most professional and understanding person we could have hoped for. He delivered a service that we all felt very happy with in terms of what we wanted. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The arrangement of the double Cremation was sensitively arranged by the Co-op Funeral Care at their 15 Queensway establishment. They took into consideration that there was a change from a single Cremation to a double Cremation and they accommodated that for me. So we got off to a perfect start, thanks to Phoebe.
Andy was the perfect Celebrant and helped me considerably with how to structure the Service and populate the Order of Service with the correct amount of Songs and Poems, thank you Andy.
The Order of Service was perfectly printed. The day of the Cremations was faultlessly carried through and thank you to the Funeral Director and his team on the day.
It was commented to me that how the Service was a Celebration of my Mother's and Father's Life together which is how I wished it to be viewed.
The actual Service was smoothly run and the Music sounded very good.
I must give Co-op Funeralcare the perfect rating of Excellent.

From the sad passing of Edward Turner, we rang Coop Southend and they came to pick up the body, the ladies were amazing at such a sad time. When we visited the funeral home Phoebe and Malissa talked us through the process with care and attention to our needs and wants. They were simply marvellous organising everything else that we didn’t know about. They were in contact during the whole process with such professionalism but understanding, kindness and compassion. The gentleman (sorry can’t remember the exact names) on the day of the funeral were amazing and brilliantly organised us prior, during and after the service. 
Don’t think we can praise them enough for everything they did. It was a wonderful send off to a wonderful man. 

I cant recommend them enough. Perfection!

From the first phone call about my husband, they have been excellent, I highly recommend them, I was never sure about a direct cremation, but everything was explained and although highly emotional, they took care of my need’s for my husband
