I found all staff extremely helpful. Nothing was too much bother. From when Alan's body was initially removed from the home, he was treated with the utmost respect. All the staff were very caring and all our requests were carried out promptly and with no fuss. I cannot thank them enough for making such an incredibly sad and difficult time more bearable. Dan in particular was very patient and understanding. He was the conductor for the funeral and ensured it all went smoothly for us. Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart.

We were all very satisfied with the level of care given through out. We were also very pleased with how the deceased looked, they done as requested as this was a worry of ours from previous funeral directors.

From my first contact with Stibbards on the day of my husbands death, both of us were treated with care and respect.
When I attended Stibbards in Hockley to discuss the procedure and what preparations were needed I immediately felt at ease and confident that the situation would be calm and stress free. Louise Grove took me through everything that was needed in a caring, organised and efficient way, I came away feeling at ease and knowing all would be well.
The entire process was very well organised right from type of funeral, choice of coffin etc,  transport to the minister who officiated. All who attended commented on how personal the service had been and what a fitting tribute David Coster had given. I would like to send my thanks to all at Stibbards for their work and support throughout and who contributed to making what could have been a sad and upsetting situation, a memorable day.

Overall the service was good, we asked to be driven down Central Avenue Southend when we arranged the funeral and was told it was possible but on the day it didn't happen. All members of Stibbards staff were kind and courteous to my family. They went the extra mile to make the day go well.

A caring and thoroughly professional service from end to end. From our initial discussion
onwards everything was made as easy as possible for us. Cars on time, good condition. The coffin, which was by no means expensive, looked excellent. The officiant proposed by the company was just what we needed. Those who came with the hearse made some helpful suggestions we'd not have thought of.
All in all could be beaten in our view.
