Gary, you had always been a good friend, work colleague and mentor. I have always been able to seek advice no matter what the subject. We had some good laughs whether on or off the golf course, especially at work. You will be sadly missed by me, especially as I have lost a confidant and a genuine friend who always had my back. Your wisdom, humour and kindness made every day a little easier, and I’ll carry those memories with me. Rest easy, mate — you made more of a difference than you ever realised.
