We were very pleased with the service we received from Stibbards and would be happy to recommend them. All the people we had contact with were kind, caring and professional. 
 The gentleman who came on the day Mum died to take her to the Chapel of Rest at the hospital (I’m sorry we can’t remember his name) was kind and very helpful at a time when we were still in shock. Louise in the office was also kind and helpful and I was very appreciative of her offer to arrange appointments to see Mum in the Chapel of Rest, even over a bank holiday weekend when the office was closed. Lee, who helped us arrange the funeral, was patient, helpful and informative. Scott who was with us on the day of the funeral, did such a good job guiding us through the day, and was particularly attentive and kind to Dad. Thank you for that. The gentleman who drove a Dad in the wheelchair vehicle was also so kind (I’m sorry I don’t know his name). All the staff were very professional and respectful and it made a difficult day so much easier for us. Thank you so much.

My whole family cannot thank Louise at Hockley enough. She has helped to make a very difficult time a little more bearable for us. Her empathy, attention to detail and professionalism throughout was outstanding making us feel very assured that mum was in the best hands possible.
On the day the bearers showed equal respect and organisation making the day run very smoothly.
Thank you to all who were involved both in the process and behind the scenes taking care of my mum in the days leading to funeral.

A seamless service from Stibbards from the moment we called them. Louise was extremely helpful & empathetic throughout our dealings with her. On the day of the funeral, Scott guided us through everything perfectly. He made us feel at ease straight away & was there in the background until we were ready to leave. He truly is an asset to Stibbards.
We can't thank them enough for helping us through a difficult day.

Stibbards did my sisters funeral 31years ago and were so compassionate and caring that we used them again for my dads funeral last year and my mums last week. Even in such testing times they we’re amazing. 
Mum and dad had both bought packages through them which made everything so much easier. 
Something I will look to do in the not too distant future.

Louise Grove, was my Contact with Stibbards, Hockley, she was very informative and helpful at all stages of Nan's funeral. The Funeral itself, was very dignified, all members of Stibbards, were very respectful, it was a strange funeral, due to COVID19, all aspects were dealt with very well.

I would have put excellant on review except there were problems with your printer for photographs for mums service books . I addressed louise about the colours not coming out right and also smudges on pictures which werent on photographs . Mum had green blouse on front of books and it came out grey . Kept bringing in different photos which i wanted but couldnt go on . I think that someone should look at your printer at the hockley office .
Apart from that i was thoroughly pleased with everything else you arranged for my mother . Thank you very much for your kindness.
