I appreciated Paul & Cheryl Yarwood’s  love and attention throughout these dark days. My Mother Mrs Lilly Joan Redman had the most beautiful Funeral Service I have ever attended. Their kindness and care in my grief was amazing. Every detail was explained to me very thoroughly and thoughtfully.  I shall never forget the timing and respect they showed. All my relatives felt the occasion was so lovely and mindful in honouring Lilly’s life and I cannot thank them both enough..    Mrs Maureen Fynn

Paul from Secure Haven has been very helpful and caring at this difficult time. Everything was explained in detail and various options offered in every aspect of the funeral so that we could taylor the whole thing to our exact wishes. Nothing has been too much trouble for Secure Haven. I would definitely recommend them.

Secure Haven was absolutely amazing and very personable and helpful. As it was just me and my 29 year old sister sorting everything out, they went the extra mile to ensure we were fully supported and ultimately helped us to put on an amazing service for my mum. The Secure Haven was a haven indeed.it may sound cliche.But when I went online,I chose them because the name sounded similar to heaven.i was glad I did!Paul and Cheryl were Empathetic,Professional, Generous with their time,listened,and bent over backwards to fit in my every request...i applaud them and will recommend them over and over again.They left no stone unturned and at the end of it all ,it was a beautifully executed ceremony.Thank you both.

The whole family are really grateful to Paul and his team for creating the memorable event that we had all hoped for. We had not planned a traditional service and Paul went out of his way to accommodate all of our wishes. We actually had feedback from friends and family that it was the best funeral they had ever attended. We will be forever grateful to Secure Haven for making this possible.

I can only say that the service from Paul and Cheryl and all staff  was second to none from the minute we walked through the door for our initial visit until they left us after the service .
In our opinion they go above snd beyond with anything you ask them to do .
They  shared  one of the saddest times of our lives with us snd helped us through it every step of the way .we consider them our friends now and will always  be do very appreciative of how they showed respect and compassion to all of us .Thank you to you all  xKim Juniper

I found Paul & Cheryl at secure haven brilliant walked me through all the options at a time when I was feeling the loss of my mum no hard sell just informative information in a kind and caring manner.
Paul went far beyond my expectations on the day of the service and was a truly great help on a what was a emotional occasion and with his help made it much easier

They enabled me to plan exactly the funeral my brother required.  They carried out our requests efficiently and with great respect.

At a very difficult time, Paul and Kate were able to take us through the necessary process step by step and with compassion at all times.
The service that they provided was excellent and this included introductions to the Celebrant and florist.

The service offered to us from the point of picking dad up from the Lawns Nursing Home at 10 p.m.when we called them at around 8 p.m. to leaving us at the Grange for the wake was perfect. I thought great attention was placed on issues such as, picking up mum and escorting her to view dad for the last time. Perfect timing was also noted, the car arrived when it was said it would and not a minute late. It is the little things like that which mean alot in my view. The staff were nothing short of excellent. Kindness and consideration for the bereved were most definetly top of the list as far as I was concerned.Secure Haven were perfect in everyway and I could not recommend them more highly.They guided the service arrangments to perfection.Secure Haven as far as I and my family are concerned carry the gold star.

Secure Haven were absolutely amazing. They were so caring, supportive and guided us through any uncertainties we had with arranging my father's funeral. They were extremely professional and very approachable for any questions we had. Secure Haven were extremely kind, thoughtful and helpful when my fsther passed recently.The premises is a beautiful building and beautifully furnished which makes it less business like and less clinical. I feel all the staff truly care and look after the bereaved as well as the deceased to the best of their ability. They are also very reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend them.
