In these challenging times with funeral restrictions the support and guidance was there for me every step of the way and every reassurance was given to me that the service would be delivered impeccably abd indeed it was. I am very appreciative of this.

The very helpful staff at Great Baddow made the planning of the funeral easy and straightforward. All the information given was very clear. The occasion went smoothly and everyone who came to the funeral contacted me to say how very well it went.

Friendly and helpful staff. Only 4 stars rather than 5 as technology could make the process more seamless (i.e. less paperwork, more online forms).

I chose this firm because my wife would have wanted a coop funeral. Baddow is nearer to me than Chelmsford, so I made an appointment here. I didn't realise until my first meeting that there are several different cooperative societies. In the event this was a good choice. Parking is easy and the staff are sympathetic and helpful. Everything was arranged for me and the event was satisfactory in every detail. Highly recommended.
