All the staff were exemplary in helping me make arrangements for my dear Dad’s funeral on 16th May 2022.  It was a new experience for me and made all the more bearable by Teresa’s help and guidance.  She had plenty time for me either face to face, on the phone or answering emails promptly.
On the day of Dad’s funeral, Laura and her team looked after us, we’re very caring and supportive of our emotional needs and lead by our wishes.  Thank you all so much. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Pitsea Co-op funeral services.

I cannot find one fault in Co Op funeral care pitsea, they were kind, professional and made things as pleasant as they can be at a time like this. From picking up my father from the hospice to Theresa coming to my home to discuss my dads funeral and appointing Donna smiles to be our    Celebrant, right down to the day of the funeral where the funeral directors and drivers treated my dad and my mum and all of our family with such kindness and respect. I cannot thank them enough for making what was one of the saddest days of my life, bearable xx
