Chris and Maria were very helpful and knowledgeable and set up the event with speed and precision. Their empathy was genuine with just the right amount of humour when it was needed. We really feel like we've gained two new friends. The other staff were also excellent. The service and whole occasion went very smoothly. Highly recommended!

I cannot praise their service highly enough. Both Chris and Maria were supportive and professional but at the same time warm and caring at all times. We had a simple graveside service which was handled in a caring and dignified way - and the celebrant, Alan, wrote a lovely and charming adaptation of all I told him about my husband's late brother. I would not hesitate in recommending Jefferies to anyone finding themselves in such circumstances.

I could not fault anything they did. Chris, Maria & Henry were very courteous & when the family needed a pick-me-up they were there to support us no matter what. The Saunders family were delighted with how our Mothers service was conducted , everyone I have spoken to is full of praise, so much feeling was put into the eulogy from Reverand George Butterworth, it was as if he actually knew our Mother.
