From the moment I stepped through the door Safe Hands couldn’t have been more supportive and helpful.  My telephone queries were quickly and efficiently dealt with and they took care of everything, relieving me of the pressure.  It was a perfect funeral in every detail.  They are an aptly named company and I couldn’t recommend them enough.  Excellent!

My daughter passed away in March and her husband and I visited Penny at Safe Hands to see if she could arrange her funeral. Her compassion towards us was evident from the moment we sat down to chat. The funeral was required to be carried out at relatively short notice as family members had a long arranged holiday due.

Penny took this in her stride, made all of the arrangements within just over a week and the 'Celebration of Life' and wake went off without a hitch.

I can, without doubt, recommend Safe Hands to be just that, 'safe hands' should you be in the unhappy position to need their services.

I am so pleased we chose Penny at Safe Hands to arrange and guide us through my brother's funeral. Penny was always on hand to give advice and answer any questions I had and not a single thing was too much trouble. She was patient, kind and caring. The Order of Service was very appropriate for my brother and the flowers which were two hand tied bouquet's which met in the middle and looked like one arrangement for the coffin was so substantial and truly amazing. I would recommend Safe Hands to anybody. I and my family would like to thank Penny so much at such a sad time.

Mum wanted a private, simple send off which is exactly what she had.
