We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Penny Adam and the team for their exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism during such a difficult time. From the very first moment, they guided us with kindness and understanding, helping to ease the very difficult  situation of making arrangements while we are grieving. This was the second time we have used safe hands . 




Every detail was handled with dignity and respect, ensuring that the service truly honoured our mums life. Their patience, clear communication, and genuine empathy meant so much to our family, and we always felt supported and reassured throughout the entire process.




We are deeply grateful for their dedication and the comfort they provided. Their thoughtful approach made a challenging time more manageable, and we will always appreciate the love empathy and care they showed to us and our mum . They again went above and beyond to ensure our mum had a dignified farewell. We don’t just see them as funeral directors . They are friends  . And we can’t thank them enough for everything and will forever be grateful to them .

I am so pleased we chose Penny at Safe Hands to arrange and guide us through my brother's funeral. Penny was always on hand to give advice and answer any questions I had and not a single thing was too much trouble. She was patient, kind and caring. The Order of Service was very appropriate for my brother and the flowers which were two hand tied bouquet's which met in the middle and looked like one arrangement for the coffin was so substantial and truly amazing. I would recommend Safe Hands to anybody. I and my family would like to thank Penny so much at such a sad time.

We chose Penny and her team to look after Mum because of the positive reviews. We were not disappointed. Her kindness and understanding helped immensely.

Mum wanted a private, simple send off which is exactly what she had.

By pre -arranging some things before Mum passed, it meant that when it happened, it was easier to cope with.

Penny and her team were brilliant. Everything was done with efficiency and compassion. The chapel was perfect for a small funeral and everyone remarked on how lovely it was. Safe Hands Funeral Services was suggested by a friend and I am so pleased we chose them. From start to finish they made a very difficult time a lot easier. They have a beautiful and calming space to have their meetings where time is spent discussing options of funeral location, flowers and everything. The process was new to me, but everything was made so perfectly clear. Communication was always easy and I really would recommend them. Its a difficult time, but Safe Hands made it easier.

Penny really listened carefully to what we wanted, offered helpful guidance without ever pressuring us, and handled every detail and looked after our dear mum with complete dignity & care. The team went above and beyond to make sure the service reflected our loved one perfectly, everything was exactly how we had envisaged - It was complete perfection. With the added support of Southlands Barn, our beautiful Mum and our family have a service we can cherish and be proud of forever in celebration of her life and the memories we get to keep.

From my first contact Safe Hands were amazing. The setting chosen Cisbury Barns worked really well although very cold .
Penny and Adam are kind,sensitive, and just lovely. Their manner is dignified, they make sure all personal wishes are carried
out . I can honestly say I couldn't find any fault with their service at all . For an individual service please feel confident in using Safe Hands amazing thank you so much both of you .

Very caring and professional attention given by Penny and Helen whenever there was a question or alteration that needed to be addressed. Penny was always there in the background to make sure that everything went smoothly but also to ensure that all the family and friends on this most difficult of days, were able to give a loved one a special ‘send off’.
