The service received from Jefferies was exceptional. This was from our first meeting, where we were spoken to with compassion and understanding, through to the funeral itself. Nothing was too much trouble and they accommodated our requests without any fuss. They also thought of the little things, which made all of the difference to us as a family. From the moment my husband rang you for advice when my mum passed away you helped make everything so seamless. I can honestly say I was never once worried because you always had an answer to any of our questions, and ensured we always knew what was happening in regards to the arrangements.

Mum I am sure loved her moment yesterday 28th February and her grandsons were so pleased to be able to help carry her coffin in. My family and friends also said how wonderful it all was, and of course Laura Rusbridge the celebrant was the icing on the cake as she really is a wonderful human being. Thank you all.

I'd highly recommend jefferies. They were very efficient and caring without fussing overly. Both my parents used the Golden Leaves service to pre pay their fees and indicate their wishes making the process very straightforward. Sean Avard, the celebrant organised to carry out the service was excellent too, also recommended.
