The services from Karen were professional & excellent, making sure everything was checked, in place, all relevant persons were telephoned and checked in prior, also on the day how we all were, so very kind, empathetic & so caring .. the flowers were beautiful, exactly what we wanted, the respectful chauffeur/hearse, all our requests were met, and felt very comforted by Karen Ashleigh also helpful with the initial meeting, making sure checking everything was exactly what we wanted for my dear aunt .. on the day, everything was managed in such a supportive comforting way, which we really appreciated ..thank you Karen, Ashleigh and all at the Co op

Ashley/Ashleigh was extremely helpful and friendly at a difficult time. She was very thorough and understanding towards the residents at the home and their wishes.
Karen was wonderful at the service, very supportive towards the residents and so lovely and kind. Would definitely recommend.

Due to illness and staff holidays the staff in the office failed to contact me for 2 weeks and I was left not knowing what to do regarding my loved one who was in their Chapel. On the day of the funeral not all of my requests were carried out at the crematorium. I assume rgese were not passed on by the staff in the office.
However the team of funeral directors on the day provided an excellent and very courteous service and I cannot fault them.

I literally cannot express my gratitude enough to Andrea & the whole Co-operative team for their handling of Dad's Celebration of Life - My Mother, my Sisters & I all felt as if we were held so beautifully both energetically and physically as we moved through each stage of the planning of Dad's Funeral. The day itself was so so so beautiful & we truly honoured Dad in a way he would have loved - thank you so very much for your heart holding & hand holding through every stage Andrea, we can't thank you enough for all you did for us all, thank you beyond thank you
