Many thanks for your help and service during planning and delivering of my brother's funeral. The staff on the day given the difficulty of lockdown were superb, correct and most helpful. I can't recommend them all highly enough.

It was a perfect funeral to say goodbye to my mum
Sharon Tettersell 19th Mar 2021
when booking the funeral for my brother, i was assured that it would be sorted in a dignified manner, unfortunately it wasn't. i was told that before hes body would be returned to Brighton we needed to pay 50% of the funeral cost - within 48hrs we had paid the full cost. we then had a phone call stating we was under quoted £90 not what was originally agreed! we was asked on the phone if we would like our own pallbearers within our family to which we agreed and decided our family would carry my brother. 8pm the night before the funeral, and family then travelling long distance to do this, we was told it was forbidden, therefore we couldn't carry him on hes final journey! when organizing the service, we had asked that we have our own vicar from our parish church, this was agreed - however the funeral director had double booked the vicar after her stating she wouldn't be able to do particular dates. we found this out via the vicar ourselves and not your company. we had then decided to try and change the date to enable this, which was tried but it was made a real effort by the funeral directors, and us feeling like we was wasting peoples time. however the celebrant they did use (Sean) was amazing, extremely heartfelt, along with Demonic the pallbearer, who too was equally as helpful, and also apologized for the way things were handled.this apology we did not accept, purely because it was NOT him who had made these mistakes. although as a family we were grateful for hes telephone call the following day to ask how my mother was.
