I found that all the staff very kind, understanding and professional.

Without the kind staff, this would gave been an ordeal.

Nothing was too much trouble for them, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The team at Bakers made the process of arranging my mothers funeral very straightforward which was very much appreciated as we do not live locally. Justin and the team kept us fully informed and the service provided on the day of the funeral was exemplary. Justin called the following day to ensure we were happy with how the funeral had been conducted which was very kind and he was happy to answer any questions we had.
I would be happy to recommend the service based on our individual experience.

Staff in the office could not have been more helpful in preparing for the funeral. Equally, the team who actually attended the funeral were so considerate and helpful.
I would recommend Bakers wholeheartedly and particularly to someone who hasn’t had to organise a funeral before given the level of support they provide.

The staff in the funeral home were professional and extremely caring. They kept in touch with me.
The Funeral director on the day of the funeral was caring and explained the procedure of the service.
The minister they put in touch with me to take the service was full of kindness
I would certainly recommend Bakers as I couldn't fault them for the care they have my late mother and the family.

Everyone said how beautiful the service was, and that the printed "order of service" was amazing, which was produced by Sophie Baldwin (07743 344141).

Ordering the music through BAKERS was effortless and staff were so caring. We couldn't fault them.

The loss of a loved one is never easy and yet the care and dedication and complete empathy shown to us at this most difficult of times by all the staff made this a truly memorable ‘farewell’ to my dear Mum ! She would have been proud !

I have experienced the services of Bakers Funeralcare 3 times now. For an Aunt, My Father and most recently, my Mother. Each time Bakers have been sympathetic, professional and understanding. This most recent funeral was a little different, of course. Under covid the whole thing was arranged over the phone and by e-mail. The result was the same however with the funeral being beautifully conducted without a hitch. I can thoroughly recommend Bakers Funeralcare based on these experiences.

This was an unexpected death of an estranged relative for whom I needed to arrange a funeral at some 600 miles distance.
