Jill and her team worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed to give my husband the funeral we wanted for him. All the staff were kind, sensitive and caring and we really appreciated the regular communications and updates that helped to guide us through this difficult time. We would like to thank Jill Glencross Funeral Directors very much for the warmth, understanding and professionalism shown to us after our Mum passed away. Mum was cared for with the utmost gentleness and respect and we were guided through all aspects of the funeral by Jill and her team. Jill made the most distressing time of my life so much easier. She has such a personal and relaxing environment to talk in. Jill and her team are most compassionate and supportive. Hiring a landrover hearse, organising flowers including flowers made out of maps and even arranging the wake. She had a calming and caring nature with my son. Asking him about walking infront of his dad's hearse at the crematorium. It was like having an angel taking care of everything. Nothing is too much for Jill and her team. Will always be so grateful.

The sheer professionalism, compassion and care shown by Jill and her team would be very hard to beat in my opinion. In a time of extreme sadness and disbelief Jill and Claire were extremely helpful and sympathetic in their approach to the whole situation. Everything was thought about and executed to perfection.
