As a family we would like to say a special thank you to Mark Harkness who was so kind to us all during a very sad and hard time. Mark organised my Mum’s Dorothy Lawson’s funeral, everything was done to perfection and it was a lovely send off. Mark was kind, compassionate and caring throughout, he is a credit to Jill Glencross.

Words cannot express our sincere thanks and appreciation. It is rare nowadays to receive this level of service and care. Thank you once again. Fiona and Tom.
