From our very first contact, Stephen, Mark, and Gina treated us with genuine kindness, patience, and respect. Every detail was handled with sensitivity and dignity, allowing us the space to grieve while knowing everything was in safe and capable hands. They guided us through each step of the process clearly and thoughtfully, never rushing us and always ensuring our wishes were honoured.




The service itself was beautifully arranged and a true reflection of our father’s life. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression on our whole family.

A huge thank you to Gina, Marcus, Thomas and every other person at Stephen McCosh who helped in making my dad's funeral as easy as possible for my family. My father passed very suddenly, without any plans for his burial in place. From the initial phonecall, they immediately made me feel at ease, advising me of every step that I needed to take while McCosh's handled everything else smoothly and respectfully, nothing was too much trouble. I have recommended Stephen McCosh to others and can sincerely say they allowed me and my family to give my father a peaceful and dignified burial.

Stephen McCosh funeral directors are truly remarkable people. My father passed away unexpectedly and they were incredibly helpful. They also showed immense compassion for my mum, sisters and nephew Linda and Gina. The undertakers were unbelievable and the pastor was a lovely person who made the house service perfect. The crematorium service was fantastic too.

Stephen McCosh was the best choice we could have made for our dad’s service. Gina was amazing, so kind and helpful and really patient with us through such an unexpected time. On the day, Mark spoke beautifully at the start and end of our service and his personal touch meant so much to my brother and I.
