We recieved professional service from the first appointment to plan my aunts funeral with Gina. She ensured all her wishes were met for her home service. 
William on the day of the funeral also ensured all my aunts wishes where met ! He was so professional and empathetic to us as a family. Also at my request he ensured myself and sister  could carry the coffin from my aunts home and at graveside . This truly meant the world to us as our wee auntie was so precious to us.

They went above and beyond — even providing a thoughtful bag with biscuits, tea, and coffee for us. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. I cannot praise McCosh funeral directors enough. They went above and beyond when handling my sons funeral. Everything was done with so much respect and dignity. They kept in contact with me every step of the way, from they collected my sons remains to the cremation. Anybody who needs a funeral director, please use Stephen McCosh. I can't recommend them enough and I can't thank them enough either.

Wayne at the Newtownards Road branch looked after us and gave exceptional service. Most of the family live in various places around the UK now and did not have access to home computers but Wayne scanned a ton of photographs and documents for us so that we could have a video tribute for Hazel.
We were kept informed as soon as the hospital, coroner, laying out, flowers etc were done and we were prioritised in any decisions needing to be made.
I not sure that recommending a funeral director is the thing to do, but as tragedy is unavoidable then anyone faced with such a choice would have a hard time finding a better service than that offered by the East Belfast branch of McCosh, and Wayne in particular. Having said that, I hope I don't need to see him for a long time...for obvious reasons.
