The professionalism and compassion of every person we spoke to at, Stephen McCosh was incredible. Every single request was catered for, and the whole process was made simple and easy.

 My baby was laid to rest with dignity and love thanks to these amazing people.

Wat can i say was an excellent an organized funeral from Stephen mc cosh an staff couldnt asked for better service came an sorted my father took him away looked like an old man then brought bak to us as his proper self as if he was just asleep my mum couldnt believe it an as for flowers an the lovely coffin was all good.. On the day of funeral use had everything sorted for us ie service lifts cars an any help we needed an also keeping us all in good form an not worryimg over anything aswell... Anyway not good at these things but big thank u to all the staff at stephen mc cosh funeral directors every thing an details was just perfect so i would highly recommend anybody for ur services... 👌👍

Our whole family circle would not hesitate to recommend the team at Stephen McCosh funeral Directors.
From the first phone-call, to the preparation in the days beforehand and of course on Day of our fathers funeral and committal at the graveside.
Them team treated us and every situation with gentleness, kindness professionalism and respect. 
So once again our sincere thanks to them all, for making a difficult situation so much easier.

The care, compassion, sensitive and dignified way Stephen McCosh and the team gave to my Dad was second to none, excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. To Gina and Mark, I can't thank you enough for helping me arrange and sort everything, you took a lot of stress off me, and were there for me every step of the way, guiding and supporting me. I will be forever grateful. Once again heartfelt thanks.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my late BrotherJames Irwin’s, wife Eileen Irwin , and family, Brother Bobby , Sisters Betty, Vera, and all the Family.
We can’t thank you all enough for your the dedication kindness, care  and empathy shown to each and everyone of us. 
Jim’s funeral was so beautiful and gave us all some comfort in our last farewell to him.
We will in future need to use your services but hopefully not for a long time.
Thank you , we are deeply greatful to Scot and all your colleagues .

Stephen and his team were very professional and went the extra mile to make a very distressing time for me and the family run very smoothly and could not have done more- leaving the team, coffee and some foodstuff was a very nice and personal touch.
I was however made to feel uncomfortable and distressed by getting a text from you to review their services just 5 weeks after my wife passed away

Gina was very understanding, helpful, I had never experienced a bereavement of family member and Stephen McCosh funeral services took care of everything. I know my mother was taken care of by all who assisted, the guys who brought my mother home were also helpful, the team also ensured my mothers service was organised. At such a sad a devestating time for our family Scott and Gina was amazing from start to finish. Nothing was ever to much and no question that we asked was to stupid. They were there for us 24/7 from the start. Would highly recommend Stephen and his team i could could not speak highly enough of them and would never think of using anywhere else if ever needed.
