I had excellent help Wayne rang Scotland for me for over 4 weeks and kept me updated through out the very long distressing time for me an my family the service I received was exceptional and I really appreciate all their help I would highly recommend them and the personal touch from Stephen himself was lovely I wasn't expecting the bag with coffee biscuits sugar thing's you forget as a lovely gesture in a difficult time I couldn't have received a better service an attention to detail hopefully I don't need to use them anytime soon but I most definitely wouldn't use anyone else thank you for all you have done for me an my family .

When my Father passed recently Mark arrived at Dad's home and treated him with utmost respect, even making the bed when he was removed. Next day Gina took all the details and was totally professional and sympathetic. On the day of the funeral Stephen andThomas dealt brilliantly with the proceedings ensuring my Dad got the send off he deserved.

Stephen McCosh Funeral Directors treated us with compassion, kindness and care from the very first meeting. They explained everything so well and kept us informed at every point, from organising the obituary, the order of service, the music for the crematorium and guiding us through what would happen on the day of the funeral as well. The staff were professional, respectful and compassionate towards us and very well organised, nothing was too much trouble for them.
