As a family I can honestly say that the service from start to finish that we received from Stephen McCosh funeral services was impeccable, the care and compassion was felt by us all as soon as we stepped through the doors from Lyndsey and Mark the first 2 people we dealt with on what was an extremely difficult time for us they made us feel at ease and took the worry and stress off us, I can honestly say my Father chose well in choosing Stephen McCosh for his funeral arrangements and all of us as a family have decided that when our time comes that we will all be choosing your services as that's the lasting impression you gifted us with. I want to thank Lyndsey, Mark, Stephen and the girl who drove the Hurst on the day of the funeral and the young male driver who took us in the limousine we will never ever forget each and everyone of you and all that you done for us Thank you from the Mercer family.

Gina who dealt with us in the office was absolutely fantastic. So easy to talk to and nothing was too much trouble. The guys who brought my brother home to us were also very good. sympathetic, understanding and just had a lovely way about them. On the day of my brothers funeral nothing was too much trouble they where patient with us as a family and conducted my brothers funeral with the upmost respect and dignity. The personal touch goes a very long way when a family is grieving and that is one thing they do not lack in. A fantastic team of people who made our week that little bit easier. Thank you to everyone of you!
