Standard Simple Funeral

Service includes:

This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

Thank you so much for making my dads funeral very special for us. From the moment we arrived through your doors we were treated with compassion and what I thought was going to be extremely difficult Danny took the pressure off everything. He explained everything to us and had patience and understanding. Even down to the flowers , he gave us so much time as we were undecided at the start.This made me feel that I could go through dads funeral with confidence and without any worries as he would be there for us every step of the way. It meant so much to us at this time of sadness. Lisa the celebrant made everything perfect for us , we also couldn’t of done it without all her kind help. The order of service was planned out beautifully and we thank you so much for making my dads funeral so personal without any worries at all. We knew we could talk with you both with any questions at any time . This made the world of difference at such a distressing time, not only did you plan my dads funeral , you supported us fully ourselves through this very sad time. I would like to thank Danny and Lisa for their kindness and for our special perfect service, we couldn’t of possibly done it without you both. My dad would of loved it , I felt his presence when Lisa talked about his life, this was done beautifully , I wouldn’t of changed anything and I can’t thank you both enough.

I would highly recommend Danny and his team at Eye Funeral Care. Unfortunately I would not recommend the Co-op as a whole as my Mum had to be transferred from Eye Funeral Care to East Finchley Funeral Care due to her funeral being held in London. We did not get a good service from East Finchley Funeral Care, so much so that we will not be purchasing the further 2 funeral plans from the Co-op that we require.
