The staff at AJ Coggles have been absolutely amazing during such a difficult time. Lynsey was so patient with us when we were asking questions and gave us time to decide on final decisions. Sam was ever so kind on the day of the funeral. She was thoughtful towards the grandchildren when asking how involved they'd like to be whether that was them placing the teddy on the coffin or if they'd like her to do it. Thank you.

Compassion and time was given from the outset, clear communication, wasn't rushed, cannot fault the service given in what has been the worst time of my life. Everything I needed and felt was looked after so well, even choosing a coffin, horrible things, it wasn't pro longed, quick choice made and we moved on.
