We were very impressed by the professionalism,  respect and responsiveness showed to us as we put our mother’s funeral together. We felt listened to and as a result ended up achieving the attention to detail which was important to us. We were particularly grateful for the respect and dignity shown to our mother before, during and after the service by the Funeral Director and his team. We would highly recommend AJ Coggles for anyone in the unfortunate circumstance of needing their services.

I have never had to arrange a funeral before. Nikki from Coggles made the entire thing simple, easy to follow, and with a genuinely appreciated sense of humour throughout, recognising my desire to have a celebration of life , rather than a mournful day. 
George took the service and was professional, kind, gentle and respectful at all times. The funeral arrangements were perfectly carried out as asked for, everyone at Coggles was friendly and approachable 24/7. Cannot thank them enough for ensuring my friend had the joyous send off he so richly deserved. We used the private chapel, which was beautiful, peaceful and charming … and so much more pleasant than a town crematorium service. 10/10 for AJ Coggles, highly recommend.

I had already experienced a Coggles funeral with a friend so I knew they would be good. From the 0530 call through to the burial, everything was stress-free.
It took a whole chunk of organising away from us, yet we could arrange things we wanted to. Coggles just dovetailed.

AJ Coggles provided an excellent service that cannot be faulted, from our initial meeting, and two subsequent ones, they met every need with care and compassion.
The benefit of a fifth-generation family firm really shines through and made a sad day so special, and a fitting send off.
Our requirements were complex in terms of so many things, but David Coggles and the team didn't bat an eyelid, even when arrangements kept changing. They were a delight to work with and the best funeral directors I have ever dealt with.
They were even willing to transfer to coffin onto a vintage bus (quite a challenge) for its final journey from the house to the nearby church. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Right from the first contact with Nikki the service has been fantastic,all the staff showed care and compassion including on the day our driver made the difficult journey pleasant and was very friendly.
