The celebrant ,Scarlett Kolavinsky, was compassionate and accommodating, even visiting us on New Year’s Day to discuss the arrangements for a celebration of life. Sincere thanks for the beautiful funeral for my beloved son James. It was a lovely service and everybody present commented on this. I was supported to make choices unique to my son and it really did feel like it was tailored around him.

A special thank you to Michelle who guided me every step of the way and went the extra mile to ensure things went smoothly. I arranged most things from a distance but need not have worried as I knew somebody was always at the other end of the phone. My son deserved the flawless occasion and I can highly recommend the Gallagher family to personalise

Gallagher's gave excellent service from our initial late night contact following the unexpected death through to the funeral. They understood that people cannot cope with details at times of great distress. Sam took the family through the whole process of arranging the funeral without any pressure but ensuring that all the paperwork etc was completed and all aspects considered.
At the funeral Sam ushered the mourners to make best use of the seating for the significant numbers attending. He also guided the family through the funeral in a discrete manner.

The first person we met from Gallaghers when my dad passed away suddenly was Paul, who was so understanding and helpful. He made everything so much easier to cope with and guided us through the whole process.
 We met Michelle regarding arranging the service  and she was an absolute pleasure, making a sad and anxious experience bearable. 
Gallaghers contacted us regularly with updates and to check how we were doing and I did not imagine there would be so much personal care and consideration.
The service was beautiful- I can’t say anymore than that.
Our whole family have said how grateful they are to Gallaghers and I could write so much more in gratitude to them.

Michelle and Paul just guided me through everything with compassion and were so professional. We even managed to create humour throughout the process which will last in my memory forever. Gallaghers organised my mothers funeral very efficiently. Every person that I dealt with at Gallaghers was sympathetic and helpful, but I must specifically mention Paul Wilkinson who was our primary point of contact. Paul organised all the details of the service and dealt with all the necessary third parties so that the funeral was stress free and a fitting service for my mother. Paul was sympathetic and understanding throughout and I could not recommend him and Gallaghers more highly.

From the first point of contact Gallaghers showed compassion, care and empathy. Every communication with them was sincere and they had our families back.
