Gallagher's were amazing. From the night my husband died suddenly and unexpectedly to the day of the funeral and beyond.

They were there at any time I needed them, easy to contact by phone and email.

They were also able to accommodate all my requests regarding vehicles, flowers and finding a local green burial location. The celebrant they recommended was also amazing.

I like to plan. They were able to accommodate all my requests and they also kept me updated at each point so I was comfortable that everything was in place.

The funeral went better than I expected and quite a few people said it was the best they had attended. It was a great send off for an amazing man.

Paul was professional on the day, extremely sensitive and caring. He didn't seem to mind that he was soaked, as the rain was torrential - instead he cared for us the whole time, ensuring we knew what was happening and asking us about the small decisions which needed to be made. We could not have wished for a more caring, empathetic, kind and efficient person to take us through a day which none of us wanted. Thank you.

What can I say? The incredible team at Gallaghers make the very best of the worst of times. They understand all the emotions you’re going through, they work for you to take the pressure off, advise you with empathy and true care for the relatives. Obviously they take time to look after the most important person. The person you have lost, and they treat them with love and dignity. They are a committed team. 
The best choice you could make when you’re at your lowest. Thank you all.

From the moment David Galleghers were approached to take care of my mother they were quite simply amazing. Kind, considerate, understanding. Gently guiding me through the whole process of creating a wonderful, beautiful service which ultimately encapsulated who my mum was. Although at a time of deep sorrow Sam at Gallaghers was lovely to talk to and made the whole experience from start to finish uncomplicated, explained every aspect of the process which resulted in a wonderful celebration of mum's life.
