From the minute Paul answered the phone to my dad to arrange Margaret Inman's funeral... We knew we had chosen the right funeral director. Paul's attention to detail, compassion and understanding was second to none. The whole team at Gallaghers were amazing.... We just can't thank them enough, they made the whole process of arranging a very painful funeral bearable. The grieving process is still ongoing, and so is the support from Paul and the team... Paul dealt with mums funeral from start to finish and i couldn't fault him. He couldn't do enough for me at this incredibly sad and heartbreaking time in my life. Mum had a beautiful celebration of life in the chapel at Gallaghers and it was absolutely perfect. Dawn delivered the eulogy perfectly and mum no doubt would have been laughing at some of the daft things she got upto and shared with friends.
I would thoroughly recommend Gallaghers funeral directors (chosen by mum for herself after dad died)

Gallagher have been our family’s choice of help with the funerals of six of our immediate family and two of our relatives, they are so good to deal with keeping us informed, and helped with every decision we needed to make.  For this latest funeral of our brother Ian, Simon was our contact and our family would like to say how much we appreciated all the help he gave us when we needed it most. David helped us every step of the way and on the day of dad's funeral, everything was planned meticulously meaning that we could focus on saying goodbye to dad without any stress whatsoever.

I am very happy to recommend these funeral directors. Having been in the sad and unfortunate situation where I needed a funeral aranging I contacted gallagers. From the first e mail and the first meeting in person they were very helpfull and professional [and caring] I hope its many years before I need the service again but If I do I will be going back to these people. I thought this was going to be a hard thing to do, but they made it easy and straight forward. But also letting me be involved as this was my wish. They let me and my family carry my wife's coffin from the hurst [this was under the instructions that they gave us]...A big thankyou

David,Adel and their team were excellent.This is an independent family business and they have been arranging funeral for 30 years.Their attention to detail and support for the family was impressive..The printed order of service,designed by David,was beautiful.They also organised an on line video link for friends and family who could not get to Skipton.
