A huge thank you to David, his family and all the staff. Gallaghers made the planning of our mum's funeral so easy and straight forward. At first we thought, "how on earth do we do this?" However with their professional and compassionate help we did not need to worry. They guided us through everything and took time to see that every little detail was fine for us. We felt totally looked after, and we felt comfortable phoning up to ask all sorts of questions. Whenever we spoke to someone they were kind, calm and caring and nothing was too much trouble. The phone call the evening before was a nice, reassuring touch. The funeral day went perfectly to plan, and special thanks to Sam for that, (despite the terrible wind and rain). Thank you so much for all the organisation and support that you gave us. I would certainly recommend this company.

We were so happy that we chose Gallagher to carry out my mums funeral and to look after her, and us. From the start they were so caring, considerate and thoughtful - not too overbearing with contacting and extremely helpful guiding us through every step. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the whole process so much easier and as good as it could be given how difficult it was. We felt that our mum was safe with them. I can’t thank Sam enough for the care and time he gave me and my family. Him and the team including Paul who came to the house when we called them with our bad news, have been just amazing throughout and I don’t think we could have got through it all without them. Would highly recommend Gallaghers funeral team . From the initial phone call telling them my loved one passed away , they allowed me to take my time to discuss the plans , showed empathy and they were  very passionate about getting everything perfect for me.  Communication was always high on the agenda informing me at all times, not once was I worried about my loved one being cared for.  Very professional on the day of the funeral, my experience was perfect.  Thank you to all the Team , excellent.

Gallaghers provided us with an excellent service. Sam Gallagher was efficient, friendly and respectful at all times. He offered some suggestions, which made mum's funeral a personal and lovely tribute to her. Sam communicated well with us; the other Gallaghers staff we met were all polite and helpful. Superb service at the worst of times for a family, and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
