Brilliant, Ellie was our director in place of Stuart and the whole team were just brilliant. For a very high stress time they managed to reduce so much of the difficulty, stress and worry. Stuart also has a unique sense of humour, and his place in the universe to help people through very challenging times.

From the First contact with Stuart himself was so comforting and
supportive, Stuart and all of his Team Provided a caring and
compassionate Service, we were only a small Group and the Service
took Place in Stuart’s small private chapel, it was a loving Service. I
think that my Brother would have been very happy with such a farewell.

Jo has helped guide us throughout the entire process and even though the funeral is over they have let us know that they remain there for our whole family even if it’s just popping in for a cuppa. I chose Stuart Foster Funeral Services as they are a family independent firm. I made the right choice indeed. From the first meeting with Jo to the intimate Chapel funeral with Tracy Ann I felt cared for and that my dad was in safe hands.
Nothing was too much trouble.. all dad’s wishes carried out.. with dignity.

The Chapel service was perfect and as Dad had chosen a Simple Cremation he remained in the Chapel on the day then was taken to The Mendip Crematorium for a dignified cremation the following morning which was less stressful for us..

His favourite music was played up to the actual Cremation.. reassuring.

Obviously I recommend this firm…… Thankyou Stuart,Jo and Tracy Ann..

Like many, when someone dies suddenly, I had no idea of what to do, when to do it or how... Jo was helpful, kind, understanding and only a phone call away if there were any questions or concerns.
The wonderful ceremony, was handled with professionalism and sensitivity, and was exactly how I wanted to say goodbye.
Our celebrant, Antonia, proposed by Jo was wonderful and gave a fitting tribute to ensure the funeral was solemn, but also celebratory.

We were so impressed by the whole companies attitude from the caring and practical aspects of making the whole experience very easy to cope with. Jo is a stylist director and certainly knew what to say to make feel comfortable and relaxed during the interview and the service. She helped us design the exact type of funeral we hoped for. There were no glitches and everything went smoothly. The bearers were very professional even on one of the hottest days of the year. The body and ashes were respectfully treated and we would highly recommend Stuart Fosters for all funerals.
