Excellent service, provided by a professional firm. Staff who took the pressure off at such a difficult time, and who offered support and knowledge, whatever the request. Most importantly, they were beautifully turned out and the cars immaculate. These details matter when it is the last mark of respect. I also felt confident that my sister was being cared for by people who really did care. They deserve their reviews and this is why we chose them.

Stuart , Ellie and Joe were wonderful dealing with our late fathers funeral. There care , support , and guidance was exemplary. Also Jamie the celebrant wrote and read a superb tribute to our father Malcolm during the service. Thank you all so much , from the whole family.

Our beloved Mum passed away and our only previous connection with Stuart had been to donate knitted baby hats and shawls for premature babies, knitted by Mum.
Distraught with Mum's death, we called Stuart and we were immediately put at ease by Stuarts compassion, empathy and professionalism.
From that day onwards Stuart and his colleague Ellie guided and committed their assistance to help through friendship and knowledge, which created a warmth for us in those dark early days of preparation for Mum's funeral service.
So Thank you so much to you all for caring for her so much in the Chapel of rest, letting us celebrate her 70th Birthday with her cards around her. For travelling at 4am to bring Mum from Somerset to Essex with impeccable timing and for your professional representation as you carried Mum into the crematorium.
We hope this review genuinely provides a window of opportunity for us to share our eternal thanks.

Stuart and the team helped my family and I in a very professional and sensitive way at a very challenging time. The service we received was first class. All this helped to make matters more straightforward without any additional stress. I felt that my dear late mother had a great send off thanks to Stuart. She deserved the best and I believe she got just that.

Stuart and his team engaged perfectly with me, I live in Australia, but my sister passed away in the UK. I engaged Stuart as the company was closest to where my sister was being held post mortem. The professionalism was amazing and catered for my every need, even though I was the other side of the world. They catered for my every need as I travelled to cremate my sister, showing great compassion and kindness. I could not recommend the company any less than 5 stars out of 5. They treated the whole experience with utmost respect and the remote communication was without exception. I am so grateful to the team in what was a very troubled and emotional time in my life.
