Very helpful, caring and friendly staff which was much appreciated at such a sad time of losing my mum unexpectedly. The offices are lovely and bright, not somber and old fashioned like another directors we visited and the staff all wore beautifully bright coloured ties at the service as requested. Stuart did a fabulous job with the order of service using a picture my mum painted as the background, a really personal touch. I highly recommend Stuart Foster funeral services, from start to finish they were amazing.

A huge Thankyou for the wonderful way in which you and your team not only looked after Dad but was there for us every step of the way too. You handled Dads cremation followed by the interment of his ashes in with mum so perfectly. You have been so professional, considerate and comforting, taking away so many of our worries at such a difficult time. You organised everything, enabling us to focus on Dads passing. 
It really did make a tremendous difference to our family that we were all being looked after by someone with genuine integrity and humanity.

I really cannot imagine a better funeral company exists. Friendly, caring, compassionate and honest throughout.

Stuart and his team have been exceptional from the first time we spoke the morning after my wife aged 42 died at home. Having 3 children at home, he made sure to advocate for them and their needs during the planning and during the funeral which was such a big help when grieving.

Costs are transparent and explained, with 'all in' funeral packages to choose so you know the costs upfront. Nothing is hidden or added without your knowledge and agreement. When grieving, being able to trust somebody to look after your loved one, and you, is so important.

Nothing was too much trouble and he was a call away and more than happy to meet me at home or in the office, whichever worked best for me, as well as over email and whatsapp if preferred.

I was blown away by the order of service. He designed a bespoke version based on things my wife loved (for free) and the quality of the design and printing with multiple pages and photos was just perfect.

Nobody enjoys a funeral, but from the wonderful celebrant (Sue Huggins), the readings by our friend Lisa, the music and the care and attention of Stuart and his team made the day as good as it could possibly be.

I was overwhelmed by how many of the people attending went out of their way to tell me how it was the most beautiful and wonderful funeral they had been to. This is in no small part due to Stuart's guidance and support throughout.

His aftercare is also brilliant, popping around for a chat and to check that I was okay and if I needed any support a few days after the funeral, and to remind me they were still there if I needed anything.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stuart to anyone.

Stuart and team were fantastic from the start. My Stepfather planned his funeral 18 months prior to his passing. Stuart was extremely understanding, patient and sensitive whilst talking to my him and taking his wishes.
 After Ken’s passing, my Mother and myself dealt with Stuart and his team who I can only describe as fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble, from us changing our minds on things to them being at the end of the phone. A service like no other. I would not hesitate to recommend Stuart & team, a team that simply go above & beyond.
