Stuart was courteous and professional throughout the whole process, which wasn’t made any easier by COVID restrictions. All arrangements had to be made remotely. Understanding our needs and making suggestions, he and his team took all of the stress and worry out of the process leading up to the funeral and were socially distant but always on hand if required on the day. From our first meeting with Stuart, he was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and informative, but also open to the ideas we had as a family.  Once booked, he kept in regular contact, answering our questions and being respectful, attentive and sensitive to our family's experience.

Stuart assisted me with a funeral for a family member recently. Its never a nice thing to do but Stuart was first class through out. He guided and helped me make the right decisions was caring, attentive and understanding. I really felt like Stuart and all at Stuart Foster Funeral Services understood me, my uncle and what we needed and wanted. Everything was as we discussed or better and all went without a hitch seamlessly due to their diligence and care, which really helps at a time like this. I couldn't recommended Stuart and his team enough and the costs were very reasonable and much cheaper than other more established and known local funeral directors who treated me more like another customer and a number, not an individual. Stuart and his team were absolutely amazing, we honestly could not have wished for better. When my grandfather passed away, from the initial call to Stuart we felt at ease that we were in safe hands. He was always a phone call away to answer any questions at this difficult time. My family have all changed their wishes to go with stuart now so that they are reassured that we will be looked after. I have NO hesitation in recommending Stuart as a funeral director as his care and compassion is second to none during such a difficult time.

My sister and brother- in - law both felt Stuart had arranged the funeral exactly how his deceased mother, Hilda, would have wanted it conducted at the Crematorium. Stuart also dealt with the ashes internment, into her parents grave, at Merriott Church. 
They both said Stuart had offered an excellent service in helping them deal with this loss, during the Covid 19 epidemic.
Well done to him and his team.

A huge thank you to Stuart Foster Funeral Services Team for the organisation and personal touch when dealing with the passing of our Grandmother, even with the added difficulties of restrictions in place. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained with such compassion and empathy. She was treated with dignity by the team, as well as them considering the family and their needs at the same time so we would highly recommend them to all.

Jenny's funeral was kept very simple as requested yet felt extremely elegant.

Stuart Foster is very caring special person.
 My late husband Kennith John Fox known as "Fred" to many people requested that Stuart arranged his funeral in 2018.
 Fred was able to meet Stuart when he became very poorly.
 Fred had already  mapped out how he would he would like Stuart to arrange his funeral. Not only Stuart carried Fred's instructions to the letter but also went above and beyond to make the service very special for us all and I cannot thank him enough for he did.
Stuart is a credit to the families who he serves at a very emotional and sad time in our lives.
