Stuart was first and foremost very kind and sympathetic. He was patient as we struggled to make decisions and guided us gently through the whole process. He explained the layout of the crematorium to reassure me and came up with lovely suggestions for the whole family. Mum would have approved. Would thoroughly recommend.

What can I say, what a professional and sympathetic service , everything was taken care of from start to finish, Jo was absolutely amazing and was so kind hearted, she had all the time in the world for us and even had suggestions that we hadn't thought of. "Amazing" and although I hate to say it as feels a weird thing to say ...I would use there services again in a heart beat just hopefully not to soon.

I had never had to plan a funeral before and didn't know where to start. From the first meeting Stuart made us feel at ease. He was transparent with prices, communication was easy and he kept us fully informed at all times. My Mum was treated with dignity and respect at all times. Stuart and Jo could not have been any better They arrived to take my Mum away and Stuart told me then what a privilege it was to look after Mum He was so respectful but  very normal The funeral itself went off without a hitch and Stuart kept in touch with me the whole time we were organising everything I would highly recommend his service
