Roseberry Funeral Services certainly made a difficult process so much easier which was much appreciated, particularly as I had to plan my family member's funeral from abroad. All of the staff were very compassionate, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and friendly. The minister they chose for the funeral service was a perfect match for our needs. Everything ran smoothly, respectfully and efficiently on the day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roseberry to others.

I can’t rate Roseberry Funeral  services highly enough.
Michelle, whom I first contacted, couldn’t have been nicer. She started the process for Mary’s funeral service and her cremation service (held the following day) but she had a holiday booked, so she handed everything over to Graham, who was the ‘ultimate professional’. He guided us through all that we needed to do and (patiently) complied with every request we made.
From collecting Mary from home, returning her to hospital, then collecting her from the hospital to Roseberry’s funeral parlour and preparing her for visits by family and friends, they were meticulous, discreet, patient and very caring.
The funeral service and cremation service went without a hitch!
From losing Mary to her cremation has been one of the worst periods of our lives, but Graham and his staff did their utmost to take as much pressure as they could away from us.
I sincerely hope that we never have to use them again for a long time!,….but I would recommend their services to anyone who is unfortunate enough to need them

Despite Michelle not being able to be present at Bryan’s funeral we had the benefit of Graham from Marske office. He was very sensitive and explained the procedure and choices available, gave good advice and carried out my instructions. I and the family loved the order of service booklet, which reflected our desire to celebrate my husbands life and let his light shine through. The whole staff team worked well together and we gave Bryan the send off he deserved both at the crematorium and Redcar Baptist Church; both of which were well attended. I would recommend Roseberry Funeral Service to anyone who needs to deal with the loss of someone.

The level of care and respect that was shown to us as a family was exceptional. Even last minute changes were accepted with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble and Michelle and the team go the extra mile to bring a personal touch to a very sad time.

Representatives of the company from start to finish provided an exceptional service. Extra touches such as the delivery of a card and small floral display after our first meeting and the additional creative design to personalise the coffin were much appreciated. At such a difficult time it was both reassuring and comforting to have confidence in the people providing the advice and service for the arrangement of our family member's funeral.
