Roseberry Funeral services, wonderful, pleasant and understanding. Their professional, and sympathetic manner, were very comforting. And their willingness to go that little extra for your peace of mind with all arrangements however small or large. Was a huge load of our minds in our time of need. Very professional staff, Lovely people. And very well priced for all they offer. Would recommend them, always. My booking is made.

However often you go through this scenario in your head, how you will do things for the person you have lost, nothing really prepares you and guidance, support is essential.  Graham and the Roseberry Team certainly provided this to us as a family.  

Although on a timeline re crem booking, there was no obvious push from Roseberry and we were allowed time to plan and grieve on our loss.  

Thank you all at Roseberry.  Families will be in good hands

I cannot praise Michelle and the staff at Roseberrys enough , they were all so nice & caring at such a sad time . Even when I came to say my goodbyes to my mam , they looked after all of us , she looked beautiful 🥺 thank you so so much.

Michelle and her dedicated team(including Graeme and Tony)ensured the whole operation ran smoothly.
Andy(the Funeral Celebrant)worked with me to create a touching,poignant euology to my late father Ian which he delivered with a humorous and personal style.

Graham and Andy both exceptional. Real care given from phone call in the middle of the night to Dads funeral. Could not fault anything. Would recommend Roseberry Funeral Service as felt very personal and cared for at such a sad time.

From the bnginning to the end all our needs were catered for. Thanks to Graham, Marie had a wonderful celebration of her life.
Leading up to the funeral Graham went above his remit to answer rapidly any questions we had.

Outstanding service at Roseberry they looked after both my parents, so lovely and kind and helped with suggestions and decision making, the flowers, order of service and attendance on the the day was exquisite. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Everything on the day went according to plan. The flowers were beautiful, the service perfect, the only disappointment was that Dad’s service was not available on the live stream and my sister still has not been able to view his funeral. She lives in America and had the day off work to grieve and to watch the service so this was a major upset to her and myself. I have been told they are working I it and we should be able to view it by the end of the week however this will be a week and a half after Dad’s day

They couldn't of been nicer or more helpful after having a bad time with co op who I went with first I spoke to Graham on the phone and he helped me so much got everything put in place straight away and put me at ease and did everything he could to make a hard time go as smoothly as possible best in redcar for sure everyone of the team was the most lovely people you could meet.
