On the whole happy but very disappointed that the visual tribute was not complete. Several of my chosen pictures were not shown.
Obviously not an omission that can be rectified, the moment has passed.

These people are true legends. Really looked after me and my family in a true time of need and confusion. Graham totally calmed me down from the fist call as I had no idea what was happening. Paige added total class and professionalism to the whole situation and Andy was amazing and was able to pull stories and memories out of me that I had totally forgotten. The whole experience was made so simple. We can't thank this team enough.

Following my husband’s death I contacted Graham and he could not have been more helpful and compassionate. He understood what I wanted for my husband and kept me informed at every stage of the arrangements. I cannot thank him enough for the support he provided at a particularly difficult time. My sister and myself chose Roseberry funeral services to take care of our mam and we are so glad we did, from the first phone call with Graham we felt at ease. He was superb and dealt with us all the way through the organising, everything was perfect from the flowers to the actual service. But to me the most special thing was how lovely our mam looked in the chapel of rest, from having a terrible experience with our dad with a different funeral directors we were nervous about how she would look, we shouldn’t of been, Graham had taken so much care and mam looked like the worry of the last 8 months of illness had disappeared and she was at peace, which in turn made us at peace. Thank you Roseberry funerals 100% would recommend.

Roseberry funeral services have been excellent during this difficult and challenging time for me. From my initial enquiry with Michelle who was extremely helpful and caring, through to my interactions with Paige. Paige kept in touch, was very professional, she was supportive, caring, understanding and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. The flowers were amazing and exactly what we had asked and Tracey delivered a wonderful service. My mum would have been very proud. All attendees commented on how well presented it all was. Fabulous INDEPENDENT funeral service. From start to finish all staff were amazing, thoughtful and showed the upmost respect to my father and us as a grieving family. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. Personal touches throughout to show we were not just customers but a bereaved family wanting the absolute best for our loved one. Everything was explained clearly and they had the skills to tease out our wishes at a very difficult time. The staff we dealt with at Roseberry Funeral Services feel like family friends now. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - they were just brilliant.
