From the moment I met Helen I knew my husband was in the safest of hands. Helen explained everything and also came up with more personnel suggestions when I was struggling, she is amazing. Also Christine the celebrant that Helen recommended was wonderful. Her attention to detail and they way the service was delivered, it was as though she knew my husband personally.
Everyone at George Brookes were wonderful, so caring and supportive at this difficult time. The day was made a little easier knowing these people were looking after everything. Thank you all especially Helen for making the hardest of times a little easier. Words don't seem enough, a really big Thank You, Love Karen x x

Kirsty of George Brooke was very good, listening to what our Aunt’s requirements were and subsequently providing a smooth service from initial contact with bereaved family through to completion of the cremation. Ably supported by Reverend Lesley and the George Brooke ‘on site’ cremation team. Well done!

From the moment Judith met us we felt as ease, our thoughts on the arrangements were taken on board and suggestions from Judith helped us to make the service and day a true celebration of Robert's life, nothing was too much trouble, Judith even advised me of things I had no idea about communication with all the team was on a professional but not "stuffy" manner, Judith took care of all the family at the service and helped and guided us. I can not praise George Brooke's enough, thank you seems such an inadequate way of saying how we truly feel.

they wear brilliant with me , everything was explained to me and nothing was to much trouble for them to do. all the staff that I had contact with where all brilliant and I could,t thank them enough the funeral went off with precision and if I needed to know anything they wear all happy to help

Helen was kind, courteous and such a warm lovely woman from the moment we met her to her checking up
On us all the next couple of days after the funeral to check we were ok.  

She treat  My Husband with the upmost dignity and respect and the whole funeral went just as we wished, no fuss, seamlessly and without any worries for us at all.  

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the services of George Brooke, they were wonderful.   Made the hardest of times that little bit easier.

Received the best care possible for Jonny.  Nothing was too much trouble.
 All staff where very helpful.  Martin Jones gave a fantastic service and someone who attended to support her partner said she felt that she had known Jonny for years after the service.
