Very professional and caring  attitude from all that work there . Very impressed with how they handled all the funeral arrangements from start to finish . Under the present circumstances with the social distancing , they delivered the best dignified service that we were allowed. They did my mum proud and gave our family a stress free service. We felt in safe hands throughout.

Very professional, caring and helpful. This was the first time myself or my immediate family had, had to plan a funeral & we were also dealing with the shock as it was an unexpected passing. My extended family had used George Brooke’s before for two other funerals in our family so they came highly recommended to us. George Brooke’s guided us through the entire process, explained what would happen at every stage and was happy to answer any question we had. Our loss was at the very beginning of the lockdown so they also guided us through what the new rules were for funerals. I hope I won’t need their services again for a very long time, but I will be using them again when the time comes & would recommend to friends.

Thank you so much for your support during our difficult time of loss, particularly at this unpredictable time in the life of our country, when decisions about what is permissible at a funeral have been changing.

Thank you for seeing how things were going and for helping us to celebrate my Mum's life within the constraints. We are so grateful that ten family members were allowed to be present

Helen and the staff were excellent. Went over and beyond as things were changing daily due to the Corona Virus situation developing.

Only negative was this funeralguide site they referred me to for internet donations and memoriam to my wife. Found this site commercialised, unpersonal - my wife never was a number, and tacky.

Hence having to produce my own site Lynn-Moxon.info

From the initial phone call, this company have been professional in every way. Made to feel so at ease straight away when visiting their premises, they showed compassion and understanding in the most difficult of times, and made the whole process so much easier than I envisaged it would be. Judith, Helen and their team guided us through the the arrangement and choices for my Father's funeral. It was done in a caring and supportive way and they kept us informed throughout the whole process. They acted in a very professional and respectful manner and helped the family say goodbye to a very dear husband, father, Granddad, great Granddad and brother.
