This was the most special funeral you could imagine from James and the other people letting us have smoke cannons and glitter bombs to being so supportive for all our family especially my grandsons who lost their mum.

Simon did an absolutely fantastic service the whole crowd said it wad the best and funniest service they had attended.

The actual bend over backwards for any one and there so good with the person who’s passed away there just unbelievable.  And can’t thank them enough even the service ant the ceremony was unbelievable it felt loke and made it feel like we was one big family

The family cannot thank George Brooke's staff enough for the kind, thoughtful effort made for the care of our mum. The funeral was organised with the help and understanding of all the staff and no task was too difficult for them to assist us with. Everything was perfect for our mum's final goodbye and we would like to thank you all so much for making the hardest time of our lives more bearable. Your staff have been a tremendous help from start to finish, always on the end of a phone when needed with advice and ideas to guide us, so a massive thank you to everyone.

We were so pleased with the service we received from George Brooke Funeral Directors for dad’s funeral; everything was arranged down to the last detail and we were fully involved in the decisions that were taken and were kept informed at every stage; it was such a comfort for us that everything was taken care of on our behalf, without us having to worry too much about the process.
On the day, everything went perfectly thanks to Judith and her team, who treated us with compassion and professionalism throughout.

My dad had pre-planned his funeral, and although it was a conversation we never really wanted to have, once we found the paperwork everything was so straightforward. From our very first meeting, everyone was kind, compassionate and professional.

They have such a lovely balance of being caring without being overbearing, which made such a difficult time that little bit easier for our family. Nothing was too much trouble, and every detail was handled with dignity and respect.

They gave my dad the most wonderful send-off, and for that we will always be grateful. Thank you all so much.

Excellent service all round. Jess,  the funeral director was understanding and explained everything. The service was lovely with special touches such as Leeds United badge on the screens in the crematorium which I was not aware of . Its little things like that that made the day a little bit easier. All the staff were I came across or spoke with were really friendly, caring and helpful. Thank you

The service on the day of my mother's funeral was excellent and it could not have gone any better. However, a couple of the phone calls from the office left me worried there would be no food provided. The receptionist asked if we'd contacted the venue for the wake when they just wanted to check we were happy with the allocated room. A very minor detail, but something they need to be aware of.
