From our first meeting they were professional, careing, very supportive taking care of everything from the flower's to the order of service relieving us of stress during a time of immense grief.
Their staff were respectful, kind and organised everything exactly as we requested.

It was an absolutely wonderful service which went smoothly from start to finish thanks to the help of Jessica Thompson the funeral director and Julie Oram the celebrant.
They went above and beyond to make the day so special and to give my dad Sydney Butcher the send off which he truly deserved.

Judith, Helen and colleagues supported us through the funeral planning with empathy and compassion. We never felt pressured and were given space when needed and detailed advice when we needed to complete forms or do something ourselves. They made the whole process as straightforward as possible and it was a comfort knowing they were managing the process on our behalf. Sourcing third parties (celebrant, stone mason etc), what they needed from the registrar and liaising with Kirklees for the ashes internment was all taken care of on our behalf. I can't thank or praise them highly enough for guiding us through the funeral from first contact to ashes internment.
