Received an absolutely brilliant service from Co-op funeral care Worcester. They were very helpful and swift with dealing with my enquiries and fulfilling my wishes. Hannah was brilliant throughout the process, she always kept me informed and updated with any progress and she was very compassionate and really took an interest in allowing me to talk about my memories so she could get to know more about my relative which really made me feel at ease and reassured me that my relative was being really well looked after by a caring team. Thank you co-op Worcester for making a difficult time in my life a lot easier with your guidance.

I can’t thank the team enough for the service we received. Every person that I spoke to was always very helpful and very thoughtful at that difficult time.  I personally dealt with Emma Brixey for the majority of the planning of my mothers funeral and cannot fault her in any way. Also on the day Neil was very kind and incredibly sensitive throughout the ceremony,  before and after. I would highly recommend the team at the Worcester branch.

We cannot thank the staff at Co-op Funeralcare, Worcester enough for the care and support we received from them. They listened to all our requests and nothing was too much trouble for them. We are so grateful for all they did for us.

The service turned out to be exactly what we wanted and everything ran smoothly on the day. Many friends and family members who attended commented on what a lovely service it had been.

I cannot thank Hannah enough for her kindness and care of my wonderful husband. Nothing was too much trouble for her and your excellent team.
Also thank you to Barry and the two drivers for their care and consideration at the crematorium as it was so cold and we had to wait outside as the previous funeral was running very late.

Co op Funeralcare Worcester were very professional. From the first meeting they were caring and thoughtful, nothing  was too much trouble thanks to Emma.
I was kept well informed throughout the planning process of the funeral. They liaised with the officiant who spent a great deal of time getting to know my mother from talking to her family. This was much appreciated. On the day of the funeral everything went smoothly and on time.
I have no hesitation in recommending Co op Funeralcare Worcester.
