I cannot recommend Gary, Sue and his team highly enough.
We first came to use their services personally six years ago following the loss of my mum. We chose Chamberlains after they were recommended to us by a family friend.
Mum passed away just as Covid hit, despite all the challenges and restrictions that came with it Gary was completely unfazed, his care, compassion and professionalism never wavered and he ensured my mum received the same exceptional service. At a time when everything felt so uncertain, having someone so calm, reassuring and dedicated made an enormous difference to us.
When we sadly lost my dad in June this year there was no question about who we would turn to. Choosing Gary and his team again was an easy decision and was dads wish. Everything Gary and Sue do is with such genuine care and compassion. Looking after our loved ones and us as a family too at a time when you need it most. With exceptional after care too, nothings ever felt too much trouble. Losing both of my parents has been incredibly difficult but knowing they were in such caring hands brought me enormous comfort. Thank you all for everything you have done. Your kindness, compassion and support will never be forgotten. I will always be grateful x

From the very first phone call, Chamberlain's Funeral Directors provided an exceptional and compassionate service. Losing Dolly (Mom) was incredibly difficult, but Sue and Gary guided us through every step with immense patience, care and dignity. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they handled all the arrangements seamlessly. On the day of the funeral, the team was professional, calm, and supportive, ensuring everything went precisely as we had hoped. We are deeply grateful for their kindness and would not hesitate to recommend their service's to other families.

I couldn't recommend Sue and Gary enough, from the first meeting to ongoing communication they were always so kind and informative, making the difficult process less daunting. Always shown patience with us while we were making our decisions as a family. The service Gary provided was amazing! Everyone commented on how touching the service was. Gary and Sue really care about their customers and it really shows, from start of the process to the after care we received.

We are extremely happy that we choose them to provide the funeral arrangements, we couldn't have asked anymore from them!

These guys Gary and sue are a absolutely wonderful people, so polite, always greeted us with a smile, make us feel at ease, after they took our dad into there care, they kept us informed on everything, appointments, funeral arrangements, visiting our dad was the hardest part but they was always there when we needed them they did a beautiful service, my dad had a beautiful send off, we got told what was going to happen on each stage, the help we had to arrange my dad funeral was amazing they checked on us after the funeral, couldn't ask for anything more. Fantastic company and will be using them again in the near future.

My mum didn’t want a funeral, so we did the cremation only. But I cant speak highly enough of the team, so caring, put you at ease, very friendly and do their utmost to make sure you have what you request. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who has to go through this awful time as they make it so much easier for you. Even a solo cremation they are suited and booted and very professional. When the need arises i will use their services again

We chose Chamberlains after a very positive experience at a neighbours funeral.
We liked the idea of supporting a local family business. 
From the time we booked our appointment, everyone we told that we were using Chamberlains could not praise Gary & his team enough this gave us huge comfort that we’d made the right decision. The process was so straight forward which really did mean the world to my sister & I at such a stressful & upsetting time. 
Everything on the day of the funeral was perfection & family & friends felt compelled to thank Gary for the wonderful job he did as celebrant.
We would not hesitate to recommend Chamberlains  to others.

We were recommended Chamberlains FD by the Mercia Forest crematorium and we were delighted with the service we received . Gary was the perfect celebrant for our service and many of the attendees said he was just perfect , balancing empathy and humour to a tee
Working with Gary and his small team ( Sue) was very professional and they were swift to reply . Nothing was too much trouble and their guidance was helpful through the process

We recently used Chamberlains after our Mum passed away. As a family we found it daunting to approach a funeral director as we didn’t know what to expect as we had never gone through this before. From the first contact the staff were compassionate, patient, and attentive, taking the time to explain every step clearly without ever making us feel rushed or pressured.

They handled all arrangements with dignity and respect. Communication was consistent and thoughtful, and they ensured that we were happy with every little detail which gave us real peace of mind throughout the process.

The service itself was beautifully organised, and everything ran smoothly, allowing us to focus on remembering and celebrating our Mum.

From the initial phone call with Sue, she and Gary were so kind, listening to exactly what we wanted, we chose the basic direct plus package with the service held in the funeral home which was just perfect, small and intimate but most of all a completely stress free service which is what you need at an upsetting time.
All our family and friends actually want chamberlain's to deal with future Funerals which sadly are obviously going to happen in the future.
Would like to add, the videos Sue and Gary put on their Facebook page are extremely helpful when you are going into unknown territory if you haven't been in this position before.
