Sadly we have had to use Jacksons more than we would have liked over the last few years, but on every occasion they have gone above and beyond in all aspects of care. More recently they conducted my mother's funeral, Mark was, as always, impecable throughout & they helped deliver a funeral that she herself would have enjoyed!

On the run up to and on a very sad and emotional day Mark, Anne and the Jackson team were welcoming with true and honest warm feelings to myself and Mollys family. 
Both Mark and Anne are very professional, they keep in contact with nothing being a problem fitting in meetings and dealing with emails anytime of day and night. 
Jackson’s family funeral director’s are highly professional and truly care, I have used them twice now and will use them again knowing that myself and family are in very capable hands.

Mark and his team at the Upton branch were absolutely phenomenal. Really on the ball, quick with responses and queries and just generally easy to communicate with. They really gave my mum a fantastic send off and we couldn't imagine using anyone else now we've seen how wonderful they are. Although we do hope we don't have to!

Jackson’s Funeral Directors were excellent when they recently fulfilled my late father’s wishes to the letter. They were helpful as well as informative which made the whole process much easier; we had choices and also advice and this meant we felt part of the overall arrangements.

Jenny Campion was our Celebrant and we could not have asked for better as she balanced the more emotional aspects with some light hearted parts that produced an overall celebratory feeling that my father would have appreciated.

A very professional small independent funeral directors who go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly and their charges were very reasonable with good advice as to style of coffin and number of cars for mourners.
