Mark and the team at Jackson funerals were absolutely amazing from the very start . After losing my dad to an incredibly short illness we approached jacksons with no idea of what we were doing or what to expect. We were immediately looked after In a very compassionate and understanding manner. The team at jacksons are a fantastic and helped not only with the funeral arrangements but lifting our moods and offered shoulder to lean on during the darkest time of our lives . I absolutely recommend these guys and wish them all the very best in the future .

From start to finish this wonderful family funeral directors made the whole bereavement process incredibly stressfree. Mark and his team were hugely professional, empathetic, warm and welcoming. They guided us through the whole process efficiently, taking time to explain everything without rushing us and nothing was too much trouble. All costs were explained. Choosing the coffin was easy, the order of service was printed on our behalf and we had the support of Jenny the funeral celebrant to assist us with the order of service on the day. Jenny’s welcome and delivery at the Vale crematorium was incredible and she took all the pressure away from the family who could just sit and listen to the service. Would thoroughly recommend their professionalism, Efficiency, kindness. I do not have one single negative. Thank you Mark and your team for everything you did for our mother.

I am most impressed with the professional and considerate service provided . This was a direct cremation with a long distance collection. Everything carried out calmly and Jacksons took a great deal of care to keep me informed and reassured.

The support I received from the moment I made the first phone call making enquiries was exceptional. When I phoned to say my mother had died, arrangements were made quickly and sensitively to come and collect her body and the whole process was carried out with care and respect. I was kept informed of cremation details and given a time so that my husband, daughter, her partner and myself could be together to say our farewell. It also meant I could tell those to whom she was dear so they could do likewise. I could not fault the team and feel so grateful that they were there for us to help ensure a dignified and loving goodbye to Mum.

Every care and attention was given to our grieving family. All requirements were met with a swift response. We felt guided and supported throughout our ordeal. Caring, kind, compassionate would sum up the service we received.

Sarah at Jackson's stood out at hello, and the whole team made a challenging time so much easier. I observed the teams kindness and the dignity with which they treated Anita. She would have liked them.

I'd add there were no hidden fees, no attempt to upsell, no salesmen (not should there be), just a calm confidence that my sister would be taken care of, and she truly was. No funeral is a choice, we'd all love s bit longer with our loved ones, but I am at least confident I chose the right people to take care of it.

Sarah, the lady I spoke to on three occasions explained everything clearly in a sympathetic way. The company acted very quickly in collecting my dear mum from her care home. Now I just await the ashes, but I am unconcerned as everything else was deal with so smoothly.

When i first phoned up they said they would keep me updated every step of the way, They didnt i found i had to chase them to get any details maybe because Mom opted for a no fuss funeral we didnt spend unough with them, they didnt even deliver her ashes on the day they said they would so had to chase them up again,I just felt i was forgotten about

We wanted a simple direct cremation preferring to splash out on a family celebration of their lives.
