To say they are extremely professional at their job is an under statement however, more importantly it is not just that they do their job professionally, it is the manner in which they approach everything - so very kind, caring & informative. From the moment I contacted them right up to the day and during my wife's funeral I felt I was being looked after and that there was genuine empathy with my situation and the recent loss of my wife lovely wife Natalie.
Mark held my hand through all the procedure and decision making needed to achieve the funeral I wanted. Jenny the celebrant Marks wife was lovely and has a real wonderful talent for understanding your needs. The putting together of the service was so much easier than it could have been.
They are a true family business not a franchise like so many these days and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you so much for making the day of my wife's funeral so special and memorable everyone who attended thought it was beautifully and gave a true reflection of Natalie's life and those using the webcast were equally impressed.

The service for Andrew was a very compassionate and professionally run funeral. Nothing was too much trouble. Mark Campion and the whole team from Jackson did not put a foot wrong; they were truly genuine and sincere throughout the whole procedure. From our initial meeting, family requirements, personal touches & funeral service - right through to thoughtful aftercare - Jackson Family Funerals made sure the entire process was stress free & perfect.



Funerals are something I believe most people do not want to think about, or, want to be part of (for obvious reasons), non-the-less, if I was aware of how good Jackson Family Funerals were before past family services had been arranged, I would most definitely chosen Mark & his team. If/when such sad events occur in the future, I will certainly be recommending Jackson Family Funerals to others.

Can not recommend Jackson Family Funeral Directors enough, at such a sad family time they were professional from the start, keeping in touch with us by phone and email putting our minds at ease, helping us through a very difficult time making our journey much easier knowing that we were not having to deal with any of it on our own and we were in safe capable hands. The customer service that we received from Mark and colleagues, has been excellent and has helped so much with the very difficult and unexpected process of arranging the funeral of my younger sister Gayle.  From the first visit to my home to discuss arrangements, the helpful advice offered along the way about practical and emotional issues, and the superb service and support given on the day of Gayle's funeral, everything has been made so much easier by us as a family, because of the care and attention given by Jackson's. We are forever grateful for this and although we hope not to need your services again too soon, we will be holding on to your card. Thank you.

Jacksons made the most difficult two weeks of my life considerably easier to bear. On first contact with Mark I was comfortable that Leon would be well looked after. I received excellent support in arranging the service while at the same time feeling in control. The customer service was perfect; kind, sensitive and professional throughout. Jenny, our celebrant captured Leon's spirit beautifully and everyone present thought it was the best service they had attended. I would thoroughly recommend Jacksons at Upton-upon-Severn to anyone.

Excellent in most respects, but it is bad business practice to expect customers to agree to a verbal quote only. This should be an invoice or written quote at very least.
Moreover, the funeral director was surprised that I read all paperwork. As a Citizens Advice Adviser, I would urge all customers to do so. Many of the problems our clients experience are the result of not doing so.

My Fathers wishes of a Direct Cremation came as a bit if a shock to us, but his reasons were sound and we decided after his passing thst was only fair to carry out these wishes.
I rang around various funeral homes in the Ledbury/ Malvern area and found the difference in price quite staggering, one company quoted over £2500.
We settled on Jackson Family mainly on price as this was just over £1100.
Not rearly knowing what happens next Sarah was very helpfull and guided us through the process throughout.
The undertakers turned up at the time we had asked and were very thoughtfull and curious.
After dad was taken there was follow up calls And we were advised the time and date of dads Cremation.
When it came to paying the bill there was no pressure and they were quite happy to wait for the insurance company to pay up, some wanted deposits or payments in full.
I have been so impressed with the whole process I would not go to any other company. I am now in the process of pre paying for a funeral plan for myself and nominating Jackson as my preferred Funeral home so my Children or Wife have a seamless process.

Sarah from Jacksons was so warm and caring from the first moment I spoke to her. This is ultimately what made our family pick Jacksons. She made me feel like our family was very important and nothing was too much trouble for her. This funeral directors is what ever other funeral directors should aspire to be like. I have no complaints at all in how my father in law was taken care of, which ment our family could concentrate on grieving.
