From the moment my brother and I met Mark Campion at Jackson's in Upton on Severn office, we were immediately treated with such compassion and care.

Throughout the arrangements Mark visited personally, wanting to get to know my husband's personality and details of our family to help create a personalised service which made me feel he was helping a friend.

He thoroughly guided me through every step of the way, was always in direct contact and explained all aspects of how the day of the funeral would run. The other members of the team were extremely kind and respectful and reassured my 10 year old grandson.

Jenny Campion, Celebrant , was equally as attentive and kind. Jenny really helped create the most personal loving eulogy and service, peppered with smiles and happy memories tailored to my husband's personality. Jenny always reacted immediately to my many draft amendments!

I cannot thank Mark and Jenny enough for helping me and my family at this most difficult time as if they were friends. They both have unique people skills which is a true gift.

My sincere thanks to you both for your kindness and compassion. Thanks also to all the other members of the Jackson’s team for their valued support,,

I'm not sure where to start. Mark and the whole team were wonderful start to finish. Coming out in the middle of the night, the advice, care, patience, communication, calm approach, I cannot tell you how grateful we were/are.
I really felt like we were in safe hands. The communication we had with you was outstanding. I think that's the thing that stands out the most. Emails were answered straight away, phone calls were always answered, questions were answered over and over with such kindness. Literally nothing was too much trouble. As for Jenny, the celebrant, couldn't have had better, She totally understood us and my mum in law and made it all very easy. Wonderful!
I will recommend you a hundred times over.

Mark Campion made a very upsetting time easier with his friendly manner and help in deciding what was required. Him and his team were always ready to answer any questions and make any alterations requested of them if possible. Would recommend this firm to anyone who requires their services.

Jacksons were exceptional from start to finish in the whole process after my brother passed away. Amie & Claire in particular went above and beyond in organising the transfer of my brother's body from the hospital to Jacksons in what were some fairly difficult circumstances. Mark and Jenny were brilliant throughout also and on the day the barer party were fantastic. Overall a very strong team effort and it made an incredibly difficult time for me & my family a little bit easier.

Following the sudden death of my mum - who was only 55 years old - I am so glad we chose Jackson's to carry out and help arrange her funeral and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mark was with us every step of the way and helped us through making decisions we never dreamed we'd have to be making. Jenny - who lead the funeral - was warm and absolutely perfect on the day... as was all the other staff who helped make the service exactly how we wanted it, and as mum would have wanted it.

It was a very difficult time for my family and I, and it would've been a lot harder were we not in Jacksons capable hands. They're a highly professional but also extremely personable, understanding and kind group of people. Their experience as funeral directors really shows. Thank you Jacksons!

We were very impressed with the sympathy and professionalism with which Mark and his team from the Upton branch of Jacksons took care of our father and helped us organise his funeral this week. In the circumstances, it was a pleasure working with them. Jacksons were recommended to us and we, in our turn wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other families.

What a send off you gave my ARSENAL mad brother yesterday. From "kick off" to "final whistle".WHAT A PERFORMANCE and no red cards! You demonstrated that meticulous preparation and sensitive, effective communication results in the perfect outcome. PITCH PERFECT.
Spread the word, IN OUR EXPERIENCE you are the CHAMPIONS.
Steve and his beloved ARSENAL supporters on the "match" day could not have wished for a better result! You are top of your league.
Even with our special requirements of "extra" time ( ie the celebration of his life and the burial on separate dates), the invoice certainly didn't "break the bank".

Amie our funeral Director was amazing! She was efficient caring honest listened & understood. We all loved her in equal measures.
We are a family who know what we want and she delivered a funeral that was no other than the very best.
I have already asked Amie if she travels as even though we live an hour away I would only consider using Jacksons in the future.
