Entirely professional throughout, yet friendly and courteous and gave clear guidance through the proceedings.
Never felt pushed towards any decisions with my dad's funeral. They helped make the ceremony about him and not about profit.

The whole process from the initial meeting to the actual Crematorium date was carried out with compassion, understanding and support. The fact that time was of the essence to enable my parents to have a joint funeral was met with a highly organised process. We were fully supported at every step and staff always asked how we were at the beginning of every phone call or face to face meeting.
On the day of the funeral the staff at the crematorium were equally organised, approachable and caring.
We cannot fault the service in any way.

I cannot recommend enough Joseph Sheards.  Tracy was brilliant throughout always keeping us informed and gave guidance and support  when needed and was very caring.    Michael and his colleagues conducted the funeral very professionally and in a  caring manner.   Thoroughly recommend
