I couldn’t have asked for a nicer send of for the gentleman I was supporting. From the start Paul was helpful, sensitive and very professional. He was on hand to provide expert knowledge when needed and took care of all the details, even liaising with the florists for us. It was excellent value for money and thoughtful touches were put in place too. It was a beautiful service, only enhanced by the careful planning from Carroll and Carroll. I would highly recommend, and thank you all.

Following the death of my Father I took on the role of organiser in the family which included arranging the funeral. I have never arranged a funeral before and frankly was completely lost where to start. I chose Carroll and Carroll and received an incredibly personal service from Paul himself.
I knew exactly what I wanted following a discussion with Mum and Paul arranged everything following our wishes exactly. It was difficult to identify a venue for the funeral tea , Paul visited a number of places himself to assess if they fit our requirements and shortlisted the appropriate venues for me to visit. On the funeral day the cars were professional and modern , the team of staff looked after all of us really well and again ensured our wishes were fulfilled , guiding us very sensitively and professionally in what we should be doing. Paul arranged Father David to meet with us , he was brilliant , he spent time talking to Mum and reflecting on her life with Dad, amazingly at the service he talked about Dad as though he had known him forever. Paul also arranged the food for funeral tea, it was affordable, plenty of it and the quality was very good. In summary a very distressing time was made so much easier under the guidance of Paul. I know I wasn't always easy to work with but Paul was patient, communicated very well and met our wishes for every detail. I would totally recommend Carroll and Carroll in fact the best recommendation probably came from Mum who said when she dies she wants exactly the same.

We found the service provided by Paul and his team to be caring, considerate and professional. Smoothing all difficulties and making an exstermly difficult time in our lives managable. 

Perhaps unusually we decided to do flowers for my Auntys coffin ourselves. Paul supported all the way through this slightly unnerving, yet cathartic process with willingness, kindness, tea and coffee. His premises are beautiful and immaculate which also offered another, unexpected reassurance. 
I would highly recommend Paul and his team. Excellent service.

Although the circumstances were very unfortunately the service and support our family received from Carroll & Carroll funeral service was excellent. Very supportive and understanding throughout the full proceedings.
